Donna and Kenneth Mills
Doctors Donna and Kenneth Mills have been pillars of the St. Lucie County community for several years. They have been active in leading several outreach ministries and education. Donna holds a PhD in Christian Psychology and is the first African American female to be elected to the SLC School Board which she currently resides on. Kenny holds a Doctorate in Christian Education and currently serves on the Florida Community Health Centers Board.
Rakhshan (Rock) is a pastor in the Christ Fellowship Church network. He is a native of Miami, Fl. Raised by a single mom in a tough neighborhood, his primary goal as an adolescent was to “get out”. Rock holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Theology. He has a background in education and is often invited to speak on race and racism.
Tavaris is from Miami and has lived in Port St. Lucie, FL, since 2012. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and has over a decade of professional experience as an advocate for children, working child welfare areas such as case management, quality assurance, permanency, resources, and contract management.
